How To Make It Rain

I'd been mulling over getting a garden tap installed, after several weeks of drought and with several new plants to look after. Finally, I grew tired of turning into Aquarius (the water bearer) so forked out £200 and got the tap installed on Friday afternoon.

This morning the heavens opened, accompanied by impressive thunder and lightning. Here's my Fuchsia having enjoyed a good natural dowsing, the new tap behind it. Also a snail that snuck into the shot.

Could this be a drought-busting trigger?
