Balsam

Mr P's golf was cancelled so I  borrowed him for some Himalayan balsam pulling in Staveley.  I say borrowed - I did  the spotting and he did  all the hard work  - climbing over fences and over walls to get to the stuff.  30 plants pulled. There are still some in the river but its too deep and fast to go paddling. We need a stretch of dry days for the river level to drop.
