Sunday: Trusty Perennials

I’d slept well all night but still tired this morning, I could hear the rain so was in no hurry to get up.

It was 9 o’clock by the time I had breakfast, blueberry muffin and coffee - didn’t have patience for yogurt, muesli and fruit :-((

I have pots of homemade broccoli and stilton soup in the freezer, so that was a satisfying lunch :-)) Watched “Gardeners World” at Hampton Court Show whilst eating lunch.

Today’s photos of Yellow Loosestrife ( https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2334589201653173500  ) and Good King Henry ( https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2186957251619588397 ) - both have been in my garden for a very long time, our changeable coastal climate must suit them :-)

We watched “Hidden Figures” film this afternoon - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hidden_Figures - I was a computer programmer at the university at the end of last century, feels strange saying that … but I loved that job so much :-)
