Wasdale in sunshine (Day 3713)

It was nice to wake up this morning and find the rain had finally stopped and the ground was beginning to dry. After a wander with Sigyn, I headed to town and got the weekly shop done. Back home I spent the rest of the morning getting some stuff done around the house.
Around noon I took Sigyn off to Wasdale for a wander. It was really good to be out in sunshine after the last couple of days of drizzle. Obviously it was too warm for Sigyn so she had to have a wallow in the loch.
After lunch I headed for the horses, and got the field chores done. It was a much more pleasant experience in the sunshine. The horses all seemed to be much happier in the drier weather.
I await the return of my beautiful wife from her adventures south.
