A frosty morning

Not the most comfortable of nights as I hadn’t noticed that the “window cleaners” had used up the hot water, and, as its solar, hadn’t been replaced when I went for my usual before bed shower.

I eventually emerged to see what Soul thought of the work done yesterday. He was already in planning mode but was in need of some internal heating in the form of some coffee.

A replacement Fever Tree has been ruled out in favour of plants such as Makcaya Bella, so looking forward to some nursery visits as part of the development.

My visitors arrived for a night of nonsense. Supper was tuna and corn soup, chicken myers with lots of veg, and despite my request for a reminder, the pumpkin fritters are still in the fridge.

Lots of chat, even more laughter, and a late night. We just missed Arnie being part of the fun.
