Just

need tinfoil to cover the colanders and bingo a brace of tin foil hats, extra parts to stick on optional (googly eyes possibly essential). I had ET  vibes from looking at this. 

Had a wander to a part of town which is further afield (much further). Stopped in the Prater and headed home.
