Fabulous fun ride at the Exton Estate with Toni, Rosie, Ruth and Megan and of course Eva. Jack and Buddy were really excited from the moment they stepped off the lorry and we had some super speedy gallops across the stubble fields. I faced my jumping fears and popped a little log just before we got back to the car park. It was bizarre how nervous I was. I was convinced I was going to fall off again onto my bad wrist. But I didn't.  It will take a while before I get my confidence back I think as that's the first fall I've ever had where I've not been able to get straight back on. And I think getting straight back on really is the best way! 

We were so lucky with the weather as we heard rumbles of thunder the whole way round and flashes of lightning. We didn't quite make it back to the lorry before a heavy shower came down which was enough to soak us to the skin whilst we tried to untack and load the boys. But we'd already had a fab day by then.
