Good Times
I spent my day alternating between gratitude for the good times I had on Friday and Saturday, and feeling deflated because the time was too short.
The reality is I have been tired all day and allowed myself the luxury of a lazy one. It is Sunday after all.
I did rouse myself enough to find my way into the kitchen at the appropriate times, and dinner gets the honour of the Blip. Fried rice has three big positives to offer. First, it is delicious (unless I get something wrong, which is pretty difficult). Second, it is quick and easy. Third, it will often use up leftovers (yellow pepper and some "old" boiled rice in today's version).
