The Boat House Session

Every 2 weeks on a Sunday afternoon there is a music session at The Boat House pub by the canal. We had arranged to meet the new owners of Fiddlesticks - Gary and Teresa and Teresa’s twin sister Lisa and hubby Dave. 
In the extra you can see Gary with his Fiddlesticks cap which his daughter had got embroidered for him. 
It was lovely to share some time and some beers with them, such lovely people.
They had their two young grandsons with them who have recently moved from the US to London. 
Teresa and Lisa joined in on any songs they knew.
There were 3 guys playing and singing and they were excellent.
Frank and I sang some songs too. 

I was really tired when we came home at 5pm because once again I was awake at 4am - I came downstairs and listed to a podcast and dozed off on the sofa for a couple of hours.
