Parkrun day

Off to parkrun at Vogrie Country Park. Not running today though, I was marshalling.
The core yea of organisers do a great job but are always looking for volunteer helpers each weekend so it good to take a turn.
It was a nice morning for it - and I had a patch of wild raspberries by my stand point, so a few little treats.
