Notes: Actually got up and went for a short jog in the morning - first time since PA. Wasn't too hot yet and wasn't too stiff or sore, went 20 min. Had a couple hrs then. Took a shower, had coffee, we packed snacks, lunch and drinks. Holly met us here 930a and we headed south to meet Michelle's friend Denise w/ the Chapparel boat and her friend Jodi at the marina - they had the boat pulled out, we hit the water around 1045a, went south for a couple hrs, had lunch at a seafood place (we ate our packed one) and then came back north and returned ~4p, was a great day on the water, lovely temps when moving and lots of sun, some clouds - really fun! Got home just before 5p, threw more burgers on and warmed up roasted veggies, made the sweet corn from farmer's market and had an arugula salad. Pretty tired, watched a Ted Lasso, did an Essentrics and then wound down earlier than usual.
