Gorgeous rose

Oh my goodness, what a busy day! 

After dropping Ben off at work, I had to run lots of errands.  One of which was starting prep for a cake I'm making for next weekend.

While at a florist, I was mesmerised by the roses there, they were huge and lush and such perfect colours.  Needless to say the pink was the nicest one :).

Martin meanwhile prepped the deck at the back for re-varnishing/oiling as it is overdue!

And later in the day, we enjoyed a lovely dinner at our friend's home.  And it is very cold at the moment :(.
