A late beauty

Isolated, minimalist, fragile and beautiful....thats how I describe this very late bloomer.
What a hideous day its been weatherwise.  We were promised some sunshine, that didn't eventuate.  But instead we had gloomy heavy overcast skies with a wind that was lazy!
However, we went outside.  Finished moving the wood, and I also carried on with the lavender pruning....getting there, another couple of days should have that finished.  Then onto pruning the roses.
I was so so cold, I had to come inside. Lit the fire, but still couldn't get warm....I had a soak in the bath, that did the trick!
