Day 100 of my quest to take a picture every day for (at least) a year. It’s especially easy while I‘m on vacation, but back home while having to work it can be a bit of a struggle. I‘m happy I‘ve made it this far.

Today’s picture has been taken in Trieste, Italy. I‘ve made it back from unfamiliar countries and languages to Italy. The town and area of Trieste are still new and unknown, I‘m looking forward to exploring for a few days.
When we arrived, there was a huge cruise ship waiting for departure. It looked like a gigantic apartment block. Impressive ship, but also a bit of an eyesore next to the towns and buildings in my opinion. It departed in the evening at 10, just as we returned from dinner.
The flares of light are from my phone’s camera, which doesn’t work properly when it‘s dark and there are lamps etc in the picture.
