Early start for breakfast this morning meant I had plenty time for.a city tour on the Levo. Previously I've had the gravel bike with me, which copes pretty well with dodgy road surfaces, but on the Levo I can ride over anything in comfort. I also paid a visit to Start Fitness and picked up a set of mudguards for the bike.
The extra is a view from the bedroom of our holiday house in Whitby, which is our base for the next two weeks. The viaduct used to carry the Whitby-Scarborough railway line but since the railway closed many years ago it has been part of the 'Cinder Track' walking/cycling etc. route along this part of the North Yorkshire coast. This is one of the attractions of this location and we run (Mrs Rockit) and cycle parts of the route almost every day.
