Another new border

Been busy weeding, digging, organising, planning, planting up a new border. This is just a small portion of it (the rest looks very similar). We've been growing on these potted plants for a couple of years now (most were either from seed or from cuttings), and now the time has finally come to give them a space in the garden.

This section is down by my pond and is in semi shade most of the time. We inherited some Eucalyptus trees in this border, plus a heck of a lot of weeds. Last week, this was nearly chest high is weeds. I had already added some native shrubs and trees over the last 4 years. Now we're adding some sub shrubs: Euonymous, Ceanothus amongst others. I'll plant out some annuals to fill the gaps until the main plants fill out more.

Still lots to do.
