Pronounced "Bumberg" an ancient town of varied architecture with the claim, in the Guinness Book of Records, to the most breweries per head of population.
An interesting history and even back in the 14th century the /Jews were being persecuted.
A short stop here as we are back on the river by midday heading for Wurzberg.
