Rainy sky

A day of anticipated rain according to the forecast. It was a warm cloudy start and l met up late morning with a friend for a stroll to the beach. The weather was looking fairly dry but by the time we reached the beach it was looking stormy. The rain started and we both got fairly wet as we headed to the shelter. By the time we reached it the rain had stopped. We then walked back home drying off on the way. It was good to see and catch up with each other.

Once home l asked my husband and later a neighbour who confirmed that they had no rain so it was very localised.
