Mono Monday....metal

Spoiled for choice this week, which is nice! I finally went for an old, rusty garden candle holder, which I like having around as an ornament of interest. Back to sunshine today,  and after Monday's usual catchup and coffee with some friends, I went on to the new balance and strength exercise group. She worked us hard again, and I'm enjoying it, and will hopefully in time, feel the benefit.
