Badminton

MrsT and I decided to take today off.

I went for a gym session this morning whilst MrsT bravely continued to tackle the holiday washing.

Late AM we all headed into J10 Glasgow Fort shopping complex for some retail therapy and a Nando’s.

Afterwards, L and I played badminton. We’ve not played for some time together but I have to say, between badminton and volleyball, she is getting really good.

It’s great to see the transition from being a kid to actually start competing against her old dad.

Of course, I had to keep her in check and show her who the boss is (whilst I still can).
