Apples and Oranges

By Anitsirk

That time of year, when we start selling bound bouquets, from the flowers in the park outside the greenhouse. I felt a bit unsure of myself when I started to bind these, but the confidence one of the bosses has in me gave me the confidence to start binding. She'd picked the flowers so I just had to make do with what she'd brought inside.
I also made an Instagram post at the work account about the flowers and bouquets. Then I talked a bit with my friends in the Park group. They go on vacation next week, and I hope they will have better weather than it is now... rain...

Since my bus to work has a summer break, I walk about 30 minutes to another bus, to avoid going into town. It takes a bit longer to take all the busses and change in town, and it's nicer to do the morning walk. I did the same walk when I left work and did 14 112 steps, so I'm happy with that. :)
On my way to the bus stop after work, I saw the tiniest bumblebee I've ever seen... less than 2 centimeters, on the pavement. It's a busy path, so I let it climb on to my finger - doing that cute 'pick me up, please' gesture bumblebees do. Then I carried it to the nearest clover flower and placed it there. It happily climbed off my finger and started eating. Poor little thing. I'm so happy I saw it.
Tomorrow I'll bring my sword with me on my walk. I checked Greenhouse 3 today, and it still has roof, so if it rains tomorrow I can still practice.
