The train bike

Not too far away is a stretch of defunct railway that an enterprising mayor suggested to his town could be used to entice holidaymakers on the coast to leave to beach for half a day and ride a “bike”* along a seven km stretch in convoy then turn around and come back. It was fun.

* basically a small wheeled platform with a bench back seat and two bike front seats
