Golden grass

The grass is looking very golden due to the lack of rain, but the trees seem not too bad.

We went to a friend’s party in the afternoon. It had started to rain (typical that it happened on the day of a party), but it mostly held off until much later. Lovely food, and nice to see a few neighbours.
