Raspberry jam

Helping to make 2 pots of Raspberry jam, was brilliant fun. Would have been a big job, but with the three of us is was easy. We used rhubarb to set the jam rather than lemons or crab apples. It tastes amazing!

1/2 pound of sugar to a pound of raspberries and 5 wee stems of rhubarb (finely cut) to each pot.
