Blackbirds

It was cooler today. I can’t quite believe it’s the first of July already.

There were quite a few colleagues in the office today. I had a very busy day, as I had to cover a few things for my boss as she is still off, and it sounds like she will be off for quite a while. I have been asked if I would like to cover her post until she returns to work. I am not keen, as there is a whole lot of very stressful stuff going on, that I am really not keen to get involved with. I had a chat about it with another colleague and we have agreed we would do it jointly if there is really no other option. Our big boss is giving the situation further thought.

BB and I went for a walk after tea. I got through the day with no blips, so these blackbirds are an emergency blip.
