Costa Kitchen

Still a day behind! 
But what a lovely day it was - unexpectedly, warm, sunny and fresh. We pottered in the garden, then went down for a swim in Kitchen Cove- it was heaving! The water has warmed up slightly (13c) but was so clear and gorgeous.
My poor brother has had an unpleasant procedure. Whether from age or Parkinson's his eye lids are sort of turning in on themselves making his eyes sore and watery. Today he had nips and tucks on both eyes - 30 stitches. I had a quick chat with him and he looks so battered and bruised, poor chap. It's going to be very uncomfortable for a few days.
