Treatments
Early morning dog walk started the day.
Had 9.30am dentist appointment for an hour. The purpose to scan for a crown. It was nearly 11am by the time I left the dentist.
I'd had an all-round x-ray, anaesthetic gel, anaesthetic injections, drilling, tooth impression, and a tooth scanner photographing my teeth which was a novel experience. By the time I left I was exhausted and had a numb left upper jaw and lip.
The anaesthetic has made me feel slightly woozy in the past and did today. I did very little when I'd reached home. My dentist Lynda is wonderful, she's very kind and explained every stage this morning.
After lunch had a my last chiropractor appointment. This involved some acupuncture as well as the regular treatment. This treatment also induces tiredness.
Back home I had no energy to do anything but read in the garden. I found a quirky children's novel to read, Time Stops for No Mouse by Michael Hoeye. It's a Hermux Tantamoq adventure and is quirky and fun. I'd recommend for a competent 7 year old reader upwards.
The fox was on the shed roof again watching nonplussed as I sat 2 metres from him. There were different butterflies on the buddleia today, several peacocks, a red admiral and I believe a comma. Hadn't the energy to get my proper camera though.
It has been a lovely warm, breezy day. Just comfortable. Rising temperatures are forecast from tomorrow.
Hope to sleep well tonight.
Pleasant evening everyone.
