Wrecked

I had around 3 hours in the climbing wall today, not all climbing, indeed much of the first hour was spent doing some work stuff on the tables with and iced chai which was just what was needed in the weather.  P luckily got an early bus (or an early bus that was very late, not sure how lucky that it, but good for him) and we were both at the wall early.  We had a fierce climb, I'm feeling like 3s are generally easy now and most of my projects are 4s.  Got some tips on dynos from M so that's something to work on.  We ended the session with a back wall relay traverse - when one fell off, the other had to pick up  where they fell to carry on.  We did it one way and P wouldn't let us go home until we did it the other way.  I can no longer feel my arms nor my fingers.  Selfie to celebrate. I was impressed I could hold the phone up.
