 We picked over a kilogramme (2lbs 5 oz) of wild gooseberries, most of which have been cooked and are now in the freezer.  Some were used to make a delicious Gooseberry Fool with Greek yoghurt and strawberries.  There are still loads more beside a local wood but they are not ready yet so we will probably return next week.  We also ate several wild raspberries on our walk.
