Five top local chefs, including one with a Michelin star, took the fresh organic produce of our local fruit and vegetable growers and produced six delicious dishes for more than 50 attendees at the farm on a glorious July evening. This one the prize for the prettiest. But for me the best was a spectacular aubergine tarte tatin served, of course, as a dessert. This from the chef at the Murmure - a new restaurant in Saint Céré at the Hôtel Victoria Hugo.
