one step nearer..

M signs our side of the contract.. all we need now is for the buyers to sign theirs. And then complete. But we are a large and definite step nearer. Document signing always involving stress and glitches: M's computer doesn't like the printer, so printed and scanned from mine. Then tried to email to him; Outlook mysteriously refusing to send emails from me to him. Why?? Why now?? Had a moment of inspiration and switched to older version of Outlook. Phew.
