Channelside

A sunny but very windy day. 
A Channelside walk blew away the mental cobwebs.
The sea.was.looking quite Mediterranean although much cooler!
Called into Tesco for BP lowering foods. I read that beetroot juice  is good so got some of that too  (.looks like blood)
