Ring from grandma

Today I took my experiment with a new kind of photography a step further. I decided today not to photograph a human being but a ring. The ring Annelies got from her mother originally this ring belonged to Annelies' grandmother. I photographed the ring on a mirror. But that image was lacking some kind of spirit. After adding my Manfrotto LED light in the background at a low setting the image started to get intresting.
