Notes: 8a pickleball again at Chalet Woods - very hot. Played less than 2 hrs and headed back ~945a. Shower and made coffee, ate a few little things. Online and worked on the ACtS newsletter and did some emails. Caught up on vids and did some more work crafting social media posts for ACtS for more of July. Michelle got back from the office ~345p and then left again for a visit and dinner w/ Michelle D around 430p. I finished an Essentrics, heated some beef and made up a plate and then relaxed & watched more Animal Kingdom. Michelle got back just before 8p, had some things to do so I kept watching in my room.
