Another good day out

Busy on the nursery this morning so after lunch thought I would take the Bonny for a little ride for an hour or so. Well the ride was short at only about five miles but the ride out was about five hours. 
A flat tyre stopped play. A screw caused rapid deflation. Helen brought me some Motul foam and a foot pump but it was no good. I think the screw must have made multiple holes in the innertube. RAC to the rescue. The chap insisted it was a tubeless tyre and plugged the hole despite me telling him otherwise. He was very helpful and organised a loader to take me home after blocking the road with his van so we could push the bike onto a yard for picking up. Excellent service from the RAC and the recovery firm.

Two bikers stopped to offer assistance as we always do and a couple nearby supplied me with a large bottle of water and offered to store the bike for me if needed. Also met some interesting walkers.
 
Tomorrows job is to get some new tyres and innertubes ordered then remove the wheels.
