Killer Hill
I have had a good day.
In the morning I went for my midweek workout at the local park. With my leg feeling much better now, I decided to test it out a little. As well as the gym equipment session which has been my limit for several weeks, I jogged for 25 minutes.
Not only that, but the jogging included going up and down the Killer Hill* five times. My brain was working the way it should, as were my heart, lungs and legs. Very satisfying. Also very sweaty because it was 23º, and no doubt more in the sunshine.
After lunch I did a bit more in the garden.
All good, really. I have my fingers crossed for tomorrow, hoping my leg does not have an adverse reaction.
I got my Blip about halfway up the Killer Hill, looking down towards the pond and the sea beyond that.
* The Killer Hill is part of the Kirkcaldy Parkrun course - twice because you run two circuits of the park.
