Back home, safely sorted

We spent the day with Cno1 - hospital appointment for op was at 3 pm. Fasting from 10 am, so scrambled egg for breakfast. Walk to Asda, chat and relax. D returned from work, and we all took her to the hospital.  3 hours to wait ... seen by nurses, anesthetist and consultant - all gave reassurance. Played games and chatted to while away the time. At 6 pm Cno1 left the ward for her op, so did we. Chinese takeaway for for us for dinner,  and before long a phone call to say time to collect her. Back home, feeling fragile but cared for ... 2 down - just G to go - we all slept well.
