Finally arrived

We ordered this Lutyens garden bench at the end of May with the assurance it would arrive by mid June.
Nothing happened until Monday when we got an email to say it would arrive Tuesday. Stayed in most of the day ... nothing arrived.
Got an email this morning ... it was to arrive today by 1.30pm. Finally arrived at 4pm. Immediately out of the box and by 5pm built and ready for years of use.
