Blue

I treated myself to a reflexology appointment. When I worked in Scotland I often used to have one. Your feet have pressure points that relate to parts of your body so it’s like have a full massage.

In the afternoon I’ve litter picked at the cathedral. It was rather warm. From the image you can see that the sky was very blue.

Nigel and I have eaten dinner in the garden.
