New season of social dancing class

Yes, this for sure isn't one of my technically best pictures. And I had so hoped we'd be doing today's session outside, as the weather was beautiful, but alas our instructor had other plans, hence the indoor, and a bit grainy picture.

But it marks the beginning of a new round of fun with the gals from around 40 to close to 80 with folk dances, line dances, square dances, contras, circle dances and ballroom dances. You name it we most likely do it at some point. Even the occasional hip hop, lol.

Research has proven, dance is so important for staying fit and healthy while getting older as it keeps both parts of the brain busy and improves overall fitness. So go out and shake a leg if you get the chance to. No need for perfection, fun is the key word here.
