Gathering Sunflowers

There's a gorgeous field of sunflowers only a short drive from where I live! They were looking gorgeous - all newly opened and none defaced by people thinking it's fun to pick out seeds to create faces or patterns. I shall be back!
Other than that, I've been to pilates and visited a friend who is recovering from an operation. Good to see her looking cheery and remarkably well!
