Tui

A beauty.  

Moving day today.  Well the first half of the move.  The bulk of my stuff doesn't come until tomorrow. 

I was unpacking in the kitchen when I heard really loud tui song.  I stepped out onto the doorstep and this guy was in the tree right outside. He eyeballed me.  Shrieked to tell me to go away, and went back to feeding on the nectar.

I feel very privileged.  

I must find at least one of my cameras in this mess tomorrow. The phone just doesn't cut it for birds.
