Jack and the door

It was all about doors and windows today.  This is Jack, well his arms.anyway. He is the apprentice and the son of a good friend of mine. Jake and Ewen are the qualified joiners on the job and they are all hard workers. Stuart the gaffer appeared today and is sorting all the issues out so all good.

The door coming off is our old front door which is being installed in the kitchen so we can keep the original etched glass panel. 

Another friend arrived with a horsebox to pick up all the old windows and he is going to use them. That's great because I don't like waste.
In between all this I was trying to work. 
In the evening we went out to dinner with friends,  including Jack's parents, to Tayvallich Inn. It was excellent 
Now I am getting behind with blip but will catch up soon.
