Musing of a Lady

Day Two

Today has been lovely, but long. Caleb, my brother, was helping with one of the kids groups and we had to get the conference early. I had a tired boy to bring with me, but he did amazingly today.

There were four sessions today, two in the morning, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. We stayed the whole day as we'd been invited out for a meal with the people from Firebrand Christian Church in Dublin, the Republic of Ireland, but weren't totally sure what time we were going to eat. We had a lovely time together with them. Little Man has also really enjoyed spending time with his uncle (as you can see in this photo).

My journey of healing continued today, with more breakthrough coming through. I just needed to choose to go forwards and ask for it.

Thankfully, Little Man is old enough, now, to go to all the kids' meetings, which has meant that I can be in all the meetings. Though it does mean we're back on the farm quite late. This evening, we weren't back until almost 11 o'clock. Little Man falling asleep in the car, and was carried to bed.
