A good nice gentle Tai Chi session via zoom this morning with Mrs Gladders, feels like I'm getting back to some sort of normality now and this is helping a lot.  

At  lunch time we went up to Btooke Supplies for a spot of lunch followed by delicious ice cream made by a vey local firm called The Handmade Ice Cream Company from Greenodd (just off the A590 between Newby Bridge and Ulverston. The strawberry was particularly good with lots of bits of strawberry in it.

Now back home and trying to stay cool so not  doing much this afternoon.  At last our lounge is in the shade from lunch time onwards and stays cooler because of that and all fans are ready and poised!!!
