Went to the forest to pick chanterelles. In 1.5 hours I picked about 2 litres of chanterelles in my basket. While cleaning the mushrooms at the cottage, I found this beetle among the mushrooms, An uninvited companion but somehow sympatetic looking. Thereby this song came to mind. I carried it some kilometres from its home - I do hope our cottage neighbourhood is a good new home!
