Juvenile Delinquency

I was a regular teen rascal back in the 70s. Speeding with mopeds and motorbikes was all-important – the louder, the better. I can sort-of identify with the two lads who nicked this scooter, removed the registration plate and the muffler and rode around like maniacs in my neighbourhood last night. They probably ran out of gas and left the vehicle near our house.
