Corn mill.

This is a back Blip from earlier this week.  This 500 year old corn mill is still in working order and can be found in the hamlet of Boot; very near Dalegarth, the Eskdale terminus of the Ravenglass and Eskdale narrow gauge railway; itself a piece of industrial heritage.  It wasn't easy to show this overshot wheel (not working when I was there) and to see it more clearly I have Lightroom/Photoshop to remove the greenery.
Today we had a Blip meet at Wellington Farm cafe, locally known as Welly Jerseys.  When started the owners farmed jersey cows and the milk was used to make ice cream.  Blippers clickychick and John Gravett may post a group photo.
