Sunrise

An early start for midweek prayers, so was I was up to see this lovely sunrise.
The day ended with prayers with the other churches, hosted by ours. It was a beautiful peaceful time... Except that a heacache kicked in in a big way. The bus journey home was pretty challenging with pain and nausea. 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) A phone chat with my sister.
2) Asha having a lovely day at the beach with a friend.
3) Tumbling into bed and Migraleve.
