Turf surf

Early dog walk.  The hound likes to hurl himself head first onto the grass.  He'll get up and hurl himself further along and repeat the process a few more times.  I don't really welcome this as I'm worried he'll get grass seeds in his ears or skin but he's immune to my entreaties.   At least the grass is short in these parts.

It's been a quiet day.  Put a washing load out.  Packed a bit but my back feels fragile today so abstained from heavy lifting.  Caught up with some ironing.  Made a salad with bulgur wheat, spring onions, chopped red and yellow peppers peppers, mixed nuts and dressed with soy  sauce and sunflower oil and black pepper.

Read what was The New European newspaper and has been renamed The New World in the afternoon.

Extra - fox on our shed roof.  Sorry quality isn't great.  He's there most mornings.

Tired today, must retire earlier.
